Questions
How do customers pay?
However you already take payment: cash on delivery, your wallet or bank QR, or UPI. With Pro, Indian shops can also offer UPI payment right after the order.
How many products can I list?
Up to 50 in one catalog on the free plan, and up to 1,000 in each of 50 catalogs on Pro.
Do customers need an account or an app?
No. The catalog opens in their phone's browser, and the order goes through their own WhatsApp.
Does OneQR take a cut of my orders?
No. Customers order from you directly over WhatsApp, and OneQR takes no commission on any order, on Free or Pro.
Can I change things after printing the QR code?
Yes, as often as you like. The printed code stays the same and always opens the latest version of your page.
