Questions, answered

Is OneQR really free?

Yes. The free plan includes your own site with up to 5 pages, 150 items across menus, products, services or your team, 100 orders, bookings and enquiries a month kept in your inbox (WhatsApp messages keep coming after that) and 25 dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes from the generator are free and unlimited, with no sign-up.

Does OneQR take a commission on orders?

No. Customers order from you directly on WhatsApp, and OneQR takes nothing from any order, on Free or Pro.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Your menu, shop or page opens in their phone's browser, and orders go through their own WhatsApp.

How do orders reach me?

The customer's WhatsApp opens with the order written out (items, quantities, total, and the table or delivery address) ready to send to your number. The order is also kept in your OneQR inbox, where you mark it confirmed or delivered.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. We never switch a code off to make you upgrade. Static codes hold their content and work forever; dynamic codes, menus and pages keep working as long as your workspace exists, on Free or Pro.

Can I change my menu after printing the code?

Yes, as often as you like. Prices, dishes, photos and sold-out marks change at once, and the printed code stays the same.

What does Pro cost?

From $5 a month, or the same in your currency: Rs 499 in Nepal and ₹299 in India. Paying for a year costs less. See the pricing page for what it adds.
