FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need a website or an app?

No. OneQR hosts your menu. Guests open it from the QR code in their phone's browser, with nothing to install.

How do orders reach me?

The guest's WhatsApp opens with the order written out (dishes, quantities, total and table) ready to send to your number. The order is also kept in your OneQR inbox.

What does it cost?

The free plan includes one menu with up to 50 dishes, and keeps 100 orders a month in your inbox; WhatsApp orders keep coming after that. Pro adds up to 50 menus with 1,000 dishes each, unlimited orders in your inbox and UPI payments.

Can I price my menu in rupees?

Yes. Pick Nepali rupees, Indian rupees or another currency for each menu.

Does OneQR take a cut of my orders?

No. Customers order from you directly over WhatsApp, and OneQR takes no commission on any order, on Free or Pro.

Can I change things after printing the QR code?

Yes, as often as you like. The printed code stays the same and always opens the latest version of your page.
