Questions, answered
Does OneQR take a commission on orders?
No. Customers order and book with you directly on WhatsApp, and OneQR takes nothing from any order, on Free or Pro.
I don't have a business. Is OneQR for me?
Yes. A personal profile is your own page and digital business card, counted apart from businesses: 1 on Free, up to 5 on Pro.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. There's no trial and no end date. Your site, its lists and your 25 dynamic codes are never switched off to make you upgrade.
What happens to my site if I stop paying for Pro?
Your printed codes and your site keep working at the same addresses. Pro's extras stop, and you can't add more than Free allows until you're back within its limits.
Why does Pro cost less in Nepal and India?
We price Pro for each market so it's within reach of small businesses there. The page shows your country's price; switch the currency above to see the others.
How do I pay for Pro?
We're opening Pro payments country by country. Until they open where you are, everything in Free keeps working, with no time limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to Free.
What's the difference between static and dynamic codes?
A static code holds its content inside the image, so it can never change. A dynamic code opens a OneQR address first, so you can change where it leads after printing, and it counts scans.
