Refund Policy

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from Settings, Billing, “Manage billing”. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops without charging you again, and your workspace moves to Free. Everything you made stays, and your codes keep working.
• For yearly Pro by card, we email you a month before it renews, so you can cancel in time.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t refund the period you’re in.

Refunds

• Card payments for Pro are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds follow Paddle’s refund policy. To ask for one, contact Paddle at paddle.net, with the order number from your receipt. Paddle decides the request and sends any refund back to the card you paid with.
• Pro and add-ons paid ahead with eSewa run for the months you chose and don’t renew by themselves, so there’s nothing to cancel.
• Nothing here takes away a right to cancel or to a refund that the law where you live gives you.

Who you pay

OneQR is run by Fyndral Labs. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all card payments for Pro: it takes the payment, charges any tax, sends your receipt and handles refunds. Payments with eSewa go to Fyndral Labs directly.
